...65 boys and girls find safe, permanent, loving homes through the advocacy of CASA volunteers.

 

...over 6,893 Douglas County residents benefit from the services provided to people infected and/or affected by HIV/AIDS, and the educational information presented by Douglas County AIDS Project.

 

...2,643 Douglas County residents who are uninsured or underserved receive comprehensive dental care provided by Douglas County Dental Clinic.

 

...18,492 residents with counseling and personal concerns through the 24/7 phone lines provided by Headquarters Counseling Center.

 

...over 1,687 Douglas County residents who are uninsured or underserved receive comprehensive medical care provided by Health Care Access Clinic.

 

...over 1,120 Douglas County residents with developmental disabilities and/or their families receive counsel, service coordination, and support through The Arc of Douglas County.

 

...provide 170 at-risk teens the chance to learn real world life skills through the JAMS program provided by Van Go Mobile Arts.

 

...provide care to over 977 ill or disabled persons in Douglas County through the programs provided by Douglas County Visiting Nurses Association.
